How to List-in Property for Sale or Rent:

1. Click on the "List for Sale or Rent" menu located on the right-hand side.
2. Log in with your Username/Email and Password that you registered with previously (for existing members).
3. Once logged in successfully, you will see a webpage where you can enter details about your property. The steps are as follows:
   - Enter project details along with the sale or rental type and desired price.
   - Provide additional details about the property, such as floor, floor area, number of rooms, and any special features.
   - Specify a title and additional details along with uploading actual photos.
4. Verify the accuracy of the information before submitting it to the team.
5. After reviewing and confirming that all information is complete, click "Confirm" to submit the property information to the team.
6. Once the team receives the property information, they will review it again for accuracy and will contact you for any additional information and to approve the listing of your property on the website.
